Once you have created your PDF submission and you have all items in the Items Checklist, submit your entry via the Online Entry Form. CLICK HERE.

This award is open to academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, professional institutions and collaborative partnerships in the UK that can demonstrate an outstanding academic–industry collaboration delivering meaningful outcomes over the past 12 months. Entry is by a 5 A4 page submission; the judges will be looking for clear evidence of effective collaboration, shared objectives, and measurable impact.

  • Describe the Collaboration: Who are the partners involved and what was the rationale for the collaboration? Describe the scientific or technical focus and explain what makes the partnership effective, innovative, or distinctive.
  • Please Provide Evidence of Results: What outcomes have been achieved through the collaboration? This may include research outputs, technology transfer, translational progress, or advancement toward commercial or clinical application.
  • What Have Been the Practical Benefits of the Initiative: Explain the benefits delivered to both academic and industry partners, such as accelerated research, skills development, funding leverage, or access to expertise and infrastructure.
  • How Will You Use the Collaboration in the Future?: Describe plans to extend, scale, or evolve the collaboration, including future projects, funding opportunities, or long-term strategic alignment. Note: Please include supporting facts and statements to back up your entry.
